Ultra Rare Porsche 935 "Moby Dick" For Sale
Ultimate lottery car...
This unique vehicle was built for the 1979 season in Weissach. Chassis number 935-007 and it is a protoype. After withdraw of Porsche from endurance sports at the end of 1978, the chassis of the 935-007 has been stored in Korntal in 1979.
It is the last factory 935er.
It was purchased in 1988 by Kerry Morse.
In 2008 we purchased it.
The most impressing thing is the six cylinder turbo engine of type 935/71.
He has a displacement of 3.2 liters and watercooled four-valve-heads.
Engine and gearbox are from 935-006.
An engine that has never been available to private teams. They had been served by the customer sport department at Porsche.
This car is one of only two cars with this Martini-design. One is the 935-006 in the Porsche museum and the other one is this 935-007.
And one last drool worthy pic of the beautiful engine...
