Not Eau rouge, but Raidillon
Everybody(except Belgians of course
) is calling it the Eau Rouge, but thats not correct. Eau Rouge is the little turn to the left(over the river "Eau Rouge"). Before 1939 the Raidillon didn't exist, from the long straight they turned left trough the Eau Rouge and the 'l Ancienne Douane and then on the Kemmel(the 2nd straight). In 1939 the Raidillon was built and the 'l Ancienne Douane wasn't in use anymore. If you take the public road around the track, you drive trough the 'l Ancienne Douane.
