Little fuse box help, german translation

i have a older 993. the 'back lights' on the dash behind the tach, speedo, well everywhere on the dash, dont light up, though all the instruments work just fine.
when the headlamps come on (and they do come on) when i turn the old 993 headlamp knob, the backlight behind the instrumentation doesnt light up.
i tried the brightness dial thats also on the dash, no luck.

my guess, a fuse.

i dont want to go in there popping out one fuse after the next.
the manual doesnt have it.
there is a diagram i was able to pull off and scan showing the schematics for the fuse box.

could i ask a favor of anyone here who could translate german? can you translate that diagram so i have them for future refernence, and most importantly, which would be the backlight for the dash controls??

much thanks in advance.

It's fuse #7 - 10A.

Assuming, of course, it is the fuse.
