Ruf 993 Turbo R - Pics...
Hey guys,
As promised, here are pics of my recently completed 993 TurboR. SHe's finally back together and on a truck back here to CA!!
Forgive me for all the posts if you've already seen these on other forums.
Wanted to give a special thanks to all the guys at RUF Dallas who worked on this over the last 3 months. In addition to the conversion, they completed a full rebuild including pistons, rings, valves, guides, lifters, clutch etc. etc. Also upgraded the brakes. Should hopefully be like new (or better)!
Cheers!
Kevin

Thanks guys. I'm really looking forward to driving her! Finally some more GO to back up the looks of the car.
As for details, RUF really went over every inch of this car. To get the warranty, they split the case, and did a full rebuild - pistons, cylinders, lifters, bearings, gaskets, ignition, hoses, clamps, MAF, rotor, cap, insulator pads, RS motor mounts, clutch, slave, release, belts - basically anything and everything that could be replaced, was replaced.
Brake upgrade was Brembo's latest for the turbo R - 380mm rotors up from and 345mm rotors out back
should be fun and hopefully a noticeable improvement over stock.
Best,
Kevin
