Tunerworks Project 930

My latest project will be on the road and track soon. I loooooove the old school air-cooled cars. So pure, simple, raw and light.

Approx 2800lbs with 600hp. A 997TT would need 750hp to match this simple old car

That power and weight is going to be INSANE!! Looks like a VERY clean shell, too.

Thanks guys.

The shell is a clean, rush and accident free 1978 Euro coupe. Factory non-A/C which is very cool for those of us who like light weight cars

It won't be the fastest car on the planet but the power to weight ratio is quite good and more importantly the car will be a hoot to drive. Sort of like a modern recreation of a 934 for the street!

As for selling it....I have a bad reputation for building cars and selling them before racking up many miles but considering this car cost more to build than buying a nice 996TT X50 I doubt there would be many serious buyers at my asking price.

Do you like 321SS bent in sexy shapes????

..and all the little bits to make it run. Harness, EFI injector blocks, fuel rails and fittings, etc.

Muahahahhahahahahah! Very nice. I was hoping you'd post a pic of the headers. Looks like you have some baby-sized heater boxes too, which will come in handy up there when it's cold.

My 911SC is also a factory non-A/C car. Lighter the better with these old air-cooled 911s.

Keep pics of the build coming.

Those are the sexiest headers I've ever seen! Looks like you've got a beautiful build underway! I can't wait to see how it looks when it's all finished!

Luis, you've gotta get on this, man! Perfect track weapon for BIR!
