993tt/996tt

Habing owned a 996TT for almost 4 years (MY 2001) I can say the 996 was a tank and I never had any issues with it...leaks etc. Needed to add some oil every 2-3k miles but that is expected. Are 993TT as reliable? (MY 1996)

993 engines are suppossed to be bulletproof. Beter build quality than the first 996 series.
They sufferd from cracks in the cilinderwalls , distribution problems..............
