Horner has no balls and will not discipline Vettel -- the good news here is that Webber is now under no obligation whatsoever to help Vettel again -- Raikkonen for the Championship!

About the RBR situation and Webber turning his engine down and cruising to the finish, why didn't he turn the power back up when he knew Vettel was attacking? He probably figured that they were not going to hold position and surely must have seen Vettel trying to get closer and pass. And yet he drove the car with less power?

this is what i don't get why would RBR tell drivers to turn down engine when the mercedes was not that far behind them.

also why didn't alonso pit after the front wing damage?

Webber probably already turned the juice back on, hence the wheel to wheel stuff, but when a car is already that close behind you, you're a sitting duck w DRS...Vettel had already gained the ground he needed, therein lies the betrayal of trust and ignoring of orders...no point having an agreement if the other party doesn't keep his word.

But even after Vettel passed him, Webber seemed to be much slower although he was on new tires. He could have still challenged for 1st place to the end but he didn't.

I know a lot of people like Webber, but it's just a fact that he is not as fast as his team mate or Alonso or Hamilton or Kimi.
