The RBR's tires are going to degrade much faster than the rest of the frontrunners...hopefully it lets the pack catch back up to him. Right now only Hamilton and Alonso have a chance, unless a safety car comes out sometime during the race.

It's quicker to conserve fuel at some point during the race than fill it up & race flat-out the entire race. That extra weight in fuel would slow the car far too much over the course of an entire race. It is what it is...
