VIDEO: Ron Howard’s F1 Movie "Rush"

I for one can not wait to see this on the big screen! As most of you know, Ron Howard's Rush is a biography of Formula 1 champion driver Niki Lauda (played by Daniel Brühl) and the 1976 crash that almost claimed his life. Mere weeks after the accident, he got behind the wheel to challenge his rival, James Hunt (played by Chris Hemsworth). This is must see for the racing fan as many of you are here on the TEAM.

Looking forward to this 1976 was a great year in F1. The actor that plays Lauda has a striking resemblance to him.

 

^Yeah, that guy who plays Lauda is a bit ratty looking like Niki.

Should be a cool movie. Much respect to Ron Howard for pulling out all the stops on getting the cars and doing the driving scenes without CGI that often ruins the feel and authenticity.

Looking forward to this movie, Ron Howards interview with Will Buxton on Speed at the Monaco GP was great. Ron's reaction to the F1 car starting up was classic.
