There will definitely be a discussion of some sort. Brawn elaborated on that, along with saying it makes no difference how long RBR has been running with that piece. Mercedes queried the FIA about it, but apparently it's Ferrari and McLaren that are the unhappy competitors now. If the floor hole/scoop is legal, the other teams will probably just adopt it as it doesn't seem like a complex modification (compared to the double DRS for instance).
Doubt this is going to change the results this afternoon, there maybe a rule clarification given later on or something..

Webber is being a good little soldier and holding up Rosberg to allow Vettel the opportunity to pit and retain the lead. Unbelievable. If it rains enough to reset the field, then Vettel is going to have a huge lead and will run away with the race without a challenge.
