Remember the elevation changes are about 100 x more extreme than they look. Google some photos from the track surface to get a better perspective.

This track shits all over the Nurburgring. The tarmac coming through Mcphillamy Park and all the way through, down to Forrest Elbow is the best section of racetrack in the world.

As a fellow NASCAR fan, I'm not really buying his reactions. He certainly knows speed. He's one of the greatest ever.

I was kind of surprised too, based on his absolute fearlessness as a driver, but he is getting old. Maybe he is getting some sense, because he SHOULD be afraid!

I agree. He's such a great sport, I love it! I love it when he said skid marks!
