Ron Dennis needs to come out of his cave and start "managing" things.

These guys have been absolutely incompetent this year.

Its hard to believe Mclaren would make such a poor judgement call in not crossing the line before the checkered flag, I would expect that from a lower budget team not a top tier team like Mclaren.
