Good luck telling them apart.
I never use the helmets to differentiate drivers. I just go off the different colored 'things' that stick out the top of the main intake. No idea what they are called!

^^ that's what track side marshals use too. side by side colored pictures are usually handed out to them before the weekend.

Pretty uneventful sessions. Not sure the teams learned much.

I thought these tidbits about Spa were cool.

The first Belgian Grand Prix was held in 1925 and won by Antonio Ascari in an Alfa Romeo P2.

The circuit hosted the Belgian Grand Prix on its original 14.120km layout until 1970, after which point it was deemed too dangerous. The current specification returned to the calendar in 1983.

Michael Schumacher made his debut at Spa in 1991, won his first grand prix here in 1992, took his 52nd win here to surpass Alain Prost's record, and secured his seventh world title at the circuit in 2004.

The 23.5s spent at full throttle from the exit of La Source until the braking point for Les Combes is the longest of the season

Drivers will spend 80% of the 7.004km lap on full throttle.

Over the last ten years the safety car has been seen on average once per race at Spa-Francorchamps.

Only 25% of the races since 2001 have been won from pole position.

Kimi Raikkonen holds the official lap record with a 1:45.108 set in his McLaren in 2004. Mark Webber's pole position time last year was a 1:45.778.

Hopefully Webber can get pole on his 35th birthday and win tomorrow!
