Dana,do you still see any marijuana case's since they legalized it in Cali?

^ I am not a criminal lawyer so I wouldn't try any such cases.

If I remember correctly - however - the voters said "NO" to the proposition that would have legalized marijuana back in November.

Regardless, if the state were to legalize pot, it would still violate federal law. State police would rarely bust you for possession of a personal-use quantity any way.

Still legal for medicinal purposes though.
