Terrible crash, but I don't think Alan was at fault. The Ferrari 458 saw Timo, but didn't see Alan coming on the other side.

The major flaw of the new Audi R18 is the terrible visibility. Not sure if Alan even saw the 458 close the door on him.

That was an horrible crash, thank god that he walked away from it.
The photographers/marshalls were also very lucky that no one got hurt.

Yeah, those photographers were a wrong bounce away from getting decapitated.

Overall that was very lucky, rather unfortunate to see that happen. But now they are all bunched up...I'm not sure but this does NOT stop the clock correct?

Is this your first time watching this? Nothing stops the clock. A terrorist attack on the pits and that Rolex will keep on ticking. lol

I didn't think so but I am sitting with some people watching and one of my boys friends, I think he's a rookie, told me that it was a rule change only on major cautions for safety. He was so into it that I thought well maybe
