Pulling the race card was pretty stupid of Lewis.

^ Yeah. But if you look at the context, it was pretty tongue in cheek.

He has a point about F1 pushing overtaking but then punishing him for trying to do so.

I always hoped he wouldn't touch that subject no matter the context. This is a perfect example of it being said tongue-in-cheek as you pointed out, but taken the wrong way.

^ Agreed. It will be reported all over the world and look awful. He should never have said it.

He's already apologized for it, but he should have thought better than to say something along those lines...even in a joking manner.

I admire his aggressiveness on the track to a certain extent, but his two wrecks today were certainly avoidable and his fault more than the other drivers'. His pass on Schumi in the beginning of the race was excellent, but maybe he was a bit too desperate throughout the race due to his poor qualifying result.

Oh well, at least the next race he'll probably be the favorite to win...it's definitely a track that favors the McLarens over the Bulls. I'd be shocked if Lewis doesn't earn pole and/or the win.

^ Both of the penalties today were well deserved.

He was fantastic in Canada last year. Hoping for a repeat.

I will be there!!

Bottom line is that Hamilton is the biggest whiner that F1 has ever seen (and that is saying a LOT!) and his ego is completely out of control. Any time he does something wrong it is always someone else's fault. Last week it was Toro Rosso and then Schumacher who blocked him to favor his compatriot.

This week the drivers are "frickin ridiculous" meanwhile he is the one that is being overly agressive and knocking into them like bumper cars. Newsflash: This is racing, they don't have to move out of your way just because you feel like barging your way through. This guy's narcissism makes Senna look modest.

And the "because I'm black" comment was completely and totally idiotic, joke or not. Lewis, please shut your mouth and drive.
