DRS Could Be Banned In Monaco

The only spot worth it would be the tunnel. But the chicane at the end would be very unsafe to get on the brakes for the quick left and right.

Monaco is a track where every piece of downforce is needed. The DRS would create a hazard in those slow corners.

Downforce isn't needed from La Rascasse to Saint Devote and Saint Devote to Massenet. There isn't really any advantage to using it in terms of easy overtaking maneuvers on long straights, but I would like to see it used to pressure the driver ahead to defend his position a little more than is typically necessary around Monaco.

I'm not a fan of DRS. It's allowed more passing, but in many cases, the advantage to the following car is so great that the eventual pass just isn't... earned. It's one thing to catch me, it's another to get past me, and DRS has rendered the art of holding off a challenger irrelevant, if all they need to do is wait for the next DRS zone, then draft me with ease.
