SPEED TV'S "PASS TIME" filming at PBIR - Spectators get in FREE!
When SPEED TV returns to south Florida to film several episodes of Pass Time on August 19 and 20, Palm Beach International Raceway is opening spectator gates for free.
The popular drag racing game show is hosted by Brett Wagner and features Ken “the House” Herring as he competes with two contestants to see who knows drag racing elapsed time’s best. The contestants have to come to a conclusion how fast the cars can make a pass down Palm Beach International Raceway’s all-concrete drag strip and if they are the closest, they win money and bragging rights.
“We decided that this was a great opportunity to give back to our fans,” said Jason Rittenberry, president of Palm Beach International Raceway. “Having Pass Time film multiple episodes here at PBIR means the fans are going to be treated to a show and have the opportunity to be on TV themselves. We really just wanted to give back to those who have been so loyal to us and hopefully the free admission will entice some first-time visitors out to the track. It’s a pretty cool experience to be a part of a live filming and SPEED is the best at providing the ultimate experience. They did a great job earlier this year with the PINKS All Out episode and these will be just as good.”
Gates for spectators will open at 6:00 p.m. on August 19 and 20. Racer tickets are for sale at this time and tickets will be $25 for each night or make it simple and buy a 2-Day Ticket for $50.
Click HERE to purchase racer tickets online. The online process to buy your tickets is the same as PINKS All Out, so please remember to select “Enter Roster Info” after you have added your ticket to the shopping cart. If you prefer to speak to a live person, please call: 561-622-1400 and ask for ext. 122 and we will be happy to sign you up.
