True but we don't know how the car was set up if it was set up for the dry that could of been the culprit. But the article highlights something very true driving style has a lot to do with it Lewis and Vettel are very aggressive in their driving and so is Webber so that is the main factor IMO

But Schumacher - in his hey day - was also murder on his tyres.

its not a criticism just an observation Button for example is the kindest on tires because he has the least driver input and is a very smooth driver, having said that I prefer Lewis to him.

While I agree that Jenson defines smooth and is likely to be the kindest on tyres if all drivers had equal machinery, the Red Bull boys are suffering from a car that is red hot for qualifying and not-so-hot for races.

Newey has far too much experience for this to be a long term concern, I am sure both Red Bull drivers will win more races this year.

Just like last year, Red Bull's cars do the best in warmer conditions compared to other teams. Shanghai was rather cold this year from what I could see so I'm not too surprised. I have no idea why the Red Bulls can't do better in cooler temperatures, but it's unfortunate.

Red Bull's wet setup is probably not as ideal as their dry setup. Newey's cars are notorious for being set up for dry, ideal conditions ... all the way back to the Leyton House cars.
