Sounds like the rain might be picking up again.

Vettel is making up the most time right now. 2 sec a lap faster than Rosberg!

Vettel sounds like he's really babying the throttle coming out of the corners. Perhaps it's slicker than it looks?

Now Vettel appears to be struggling to get by the Force India. Webber is catching up and is right on Vettel's tail.
