I've always been fascinated w/ the historic road races of the past, namely the Carrera Panamericana, Mille Miglia, Targa Florio, etc.

Found this on eBay... wasn't billed as anything historic (paid about $40), I believe is from the revival Mille Miglia rally that exists today. It is baked enamel on metal, w/ some nice patina. Anyway, a new item that will soon find its way into the home office.

The longer-term dream is to one day participate in the revival series... maybe in retirement!
