Lewis stating the obvious . . . But being so much faster is no advantage if your tuning and equipment fail. I knew Sea Bass was in trouble when Web's car exhaled more smoke than Fidel with a cuban.

they are lucky if the car finishes the race, i wouldn't call that a huge advantage

Throughout a given season, race engineers have always added mass and durability into Newey's cars. Even at McLaren, they just added 10%-15% more material to many of Newey's designs ... they'll figure it out. Newey's given them a bullet.
