Abu Dhabi To Be Day into Night Race
Was just posted on Formula1 blog:

They changed the start time to 5pm so that the race goes from the afternoon into the night. Kinda cool but I would think it sux for the drivers since it is so hard to see at dusk.

At least it doesn't rain in Abu Dhabi in the evenings like it does in Malaysia. I think having the FIA screw with the start times of these races just to bring up European viewership while making it harder on the locals of the countries the races are hosted in is a stupid idea.
