Which fantasy league are you guys using?

I just dropped Bourdais and Kimi. I dunno what to do next. I've got 14.90M to spend. Should I go for 3 drivers to make a 7 driver team or 1 driver like Vettel or Webber and just keep the change? I'd still be losing money because of the cap on unused money points, but I dunno what else to do.
