Races are capped at 2 hours in length; Monaco is always slow because it has the lowest average speed on the calendar. Quick tracks (Monza) are usually over in 90 minutes.

Surprises me that he hadn't already passed that milestone since he passed Ricardo Patrese a while back for most races... Weird.
