im very very impressed with brawn.

 

pretty sure most of the techs started out at say a dealership turning wrenches, certified tech I'm sure is an advantage you know (example work as a ferrari tech for a while and POSSIBLY venture into challenge racing team)

granted its not required but ya..

 

apparently, they don't teach how set an alarm clock in law school
