F1 News - Ferrari Admits That Removing KERS Was A Mistake
In a season that can be characterized as a true "comedy of errors" for Ferrari, the team now admits that removing KERS in China created another hit to performance.

Has Ferrari hit rock bottom . . .

Can't they just reinstall KERS? Or is there a rule saying that once you remove KERS, you can't put it back in for the race weekend?
