F1 News - Ron Dennis to Step Away From F1

Looks like Ron is taking the heat for the recent failures.

Here's another story that is not quite as soft.

Dennis knows a sh!t storm when he sees one. He must have decided that he was too old for this one.

Too much pressure by ownership to perform early on + behind-pace car + lying and internal conflict = falling apart at the seems. If McLaren doesn't step it up quick, their future in F1 may become questionable.

What? I have to disagree with you here brother. McLaren isn't going to suddenly disappear from F1 beacuse they don't win a couple of races. I promise you that the liegate thing will pass. The Stepneygate thing was much, much worse. McLaren has a rich racing history and tradition that won't be snuffed out by these petty shennanigans.

+1. If McLaren bowed out, Formula 1 as we know it would crumble and burn to the ground. The officials wouldn't know who to blame!
