It's 1:47AM Sydney time, there's plenty of flights available in the morning to get to Melbourne in time for the race.
Haven't told my wife yet....

So much for scoring one for the little guys... It's incredible that they can actually fix this problem overnight! I wonder what they'll do to change it. I can't imagine they'd make a new one (unless they brought the molds and CF with them and found an autoclave in Melbourne that was open 24/7...) so I'm guessing they'll probably find some way of attaching stronger supports or something to it to increase rigidity.
