Bought D60, return for D80?

Bought D60, return for D80?
As the title says, I bought the Nikon D60 and have been using it with a Nikkor 18-200 lens. My question is, would it be a better long term investment to have the D80 rather than the D60? I have until September 13th to make a decision.
I am thinking having the D80 with a 50mm prime lens for portraits and the 18-200 lens for everyday use will be a better combination than the D60 with the 18-55 kit lens (which never gets use) and the 18-200. Thoughts?

I think I might do it. The only thing holding me back is that the D90 specs have been leaked online and the camera should be released next month. I don't have a need for the D90 though, so I may end up with the D80.

I started with a D70, then went to a D200, then D300, and I now use a D3. As for the D90, even if they announce it next month, it probably will be Christmas by the time they hit the stores and you can actually pick one up. If you play the waiting game, you'll be waiting forever.

Very nice. I have used the D200 and 300 and liked them a lot. They are a bit advanced for me at this point; that's why the D60/80/90 is better suited for me. Waiting game-yes, i've followed Nikon's press releases for the past month or so to no avail. The D80 being 2 years old bugs me a little bit though...

if It has video recording all that, I would wait for the D90. Return it and wait.
