Your work is fantastic. Take it as a compliment that there are individuals that would risk a lawsuit for claiming your pictures as their own.
I'd say unless it's costing you $$ in the form of lost revenue, the very few that would be willing to steal do not outweigh the vast majority of us that like looking at your work.

Jason, the simple solution is take his work, sell it to a magazine and profit! Then take a picture of the magazine and tell him that you sold the pictures for $1,000. Each. Also ask him to hire a lawyer and sue you.
If you want I could photoshop up a magazine with his pictures in it, and then you can follow suit! We'll even put the "jason tang" watermark in the pictures just to piss him off.
