Different browser = different colors

Anyone help with this? I see (on the same monitor, side-by-side) the same web page images in different colors.

Here's a screenshot from my PC (Firefox 5 on the left, Chrome 13 on the right):

The Chrome image is the accurate one.

I think this site explain why: color correction for images in Firefox 3.5 ✩ Mozilla Hacks – the Web developer blog

But I am sure I never use to have this problem on Firefox.

Anyone else see this?

4RD4TW has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Well I checked it in both FF6 and Chrome 13 and it looks the same....

Does it have anything to do with the different rendering engines the different browsers use?
