Finally started using photoshop!

Or gimp in this computer's case, I've got CS5 on the mac but my wife never lets me use it.

So much stuff you can do in here its just unreal. I'm sure I'm just scratching the surface, but so far I like gaussian blur masks, tweaking saturation and the magical unsharp mask! Probably gonna be playing a bit with older photos I have and see what I can do with them.

This pic was originally taken with an iphone, looks MUCH better after processing.

I just got cs5 as well.. I've been using you tube to learn how to do things..Just playing around with some old photos as well, its amazing what this program can do. Everything from hdr to removing objects or people.Im guessing I'll forget most stuff I learn. Overwhelming really.

I love photoshop. I was pretty skilled with it about 12 years when I used to do some design for websites in highschool. Sadly though, I haven't used it years and don't remember much. And I am sure it has changed a lot.

I finally gave up on mastering Photoshop and just picked up PS Elements 9. I never seemed to have the time to dedicate to a full Photoshop curriculum; hopefully Elements 9 has a shorter learning curve!

It looks like a comic more than a photo.
