Lol none of the pics you've linked works for me.
He's shots on the website look nice but as Felix said, they're pretty plain and head on. Didn't give me any wow-feeling..

Pics don't work for me either. Checked out his website and I'm afraid I have to sides with the Swedes in this thread.

What I think bothers me is that all the shots are taken from standing up and straight ahead. He isn't going low down or taking at angles that will accentuate the lines or proportions of the cars. And he has obviously abondoned the rule of thirds as all cars are in the middle of the pictures. Some photos aren't aligned properly either, the one of an Enzo is tilted to the right lol.
Maybe it would help if larger sizes were available on the site..

It's almost like they gave a total n00b a really really good camera and told him to take some shots. I'm exaggerating of course but what I've seen so far from his work isn't exactly stuff of legends. Sorry Ron.

He shoots with a big tripod and his Hasselblad. He's a big older guy, I don't really picture him crouching on the gorund to get a shot
Traditional shots are what he's about. And as traditional as they can be ... they aren't crappy shots!
All the calendars I've had over the years say "Ron Kimball" somwhere!

like his work or not he makes $$ with his images. I wouldn't mind being considered like Ron or Ruji one day.

The links worked yesterday, but blew up - total FAIL on my part... oh well. I agree w/ some of the points here - there is better stuff out there for sure. I think I was more excited about the content (he's shot some insane stuff) vs the composition when I posted these... too bad the links blew up! Doh!

And of course, he's no Kirby.
