Thanks very much, Chris! I love your work and I can definitely use a few pointers for track shooting -- and shooting in general, for that matter.

I know that first off, I need to get myself a decent telephoto lens, esp. for these track events. I actually shot these from a good distance with my 18-55mm lens.
