Kenko Tubes
I cannot seem to find the TS member that recommended the Kenko Tubes but I would like to thank you!!!
I got a set of tubes through Amazon for about USD165 and tested them out now on a few things reeeeal quick (Under fluorescent lighting and bad shadows). I must say that they do the job that I need of them, sure the quality is nowhere close to a mid/high end micro lens but I don’t need that
This one I used my 85mm f1.4 at 1.4 and you can see how tight the DF is...
These I used my 24-105mm f4

f18 I think

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing... I had never even heard of them until Jonathan (getliquidnow) talked about them in the POV thread.

Sweet shots Hani!
For those people who want to dabble and have a little fun in macro, the kenko tubes are certainly worth it. Like mentioned above, they're not quite the quality of a high end 100MM Macro etc, but they certainly do the job.

The mantis picture was shot with the nifty fifty and if I remember correctly the first two kenko tubes (36+20).
All the others were shot using all 3 kenko tubes and my 28-135mm...
I haven't messed around all that much with them, but I was happier with my results from my nifty fifty + kenko tubes, compared to combination's with other lenses.
