Yep, the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G is out of stock again from where I just bought from today.

Not up on this Nikkor.
What is the appeal?
I do a lot of travel shots and usually go to the extreme focal ranges : 16 fisheye, 17-35, 70-200.
35mm seems kind of boring at that range.

It's incredibly sharp, really fast, light, and the perfect focal length for use as a walk-around lens. Oh yeah, and it retails for just $200. It's the best value for money that Nikon has ever put on the market.
