My Vancouver, Ferrari F430 Photo shoot!
Ferrari F430 – Vancouver
Again, as some of you may know, while I was in Vancouver I helped set up a car meet for some of the local enthusiasts. I was really hoping to get some awesome toys to come out and play and quite a few actually did.
Ironically enough, this F430 was not one of them.
The owner and friend of mine couldn’t make it out to our meet but was more than happy to make it up to me and set up another private shoot of the car on another day. When my iPhone randomly rang a couple days later I was more than happy to answer knowing that a glistening red, 6 speed manual, Ferrari F430 was freshly detailed and waiting for me to photograph it. It doesn’t get much better than that for me as a photographer.
We actually took the photos at the Richmond Olympic Oval which is going to be the home for part of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver in the upcoming year. The irony being that it was just intended as our initial meeting spot that ended up being a stellar photo location as well. I tried to make the shoot zippy as we met up rather late in the day and the sun was quickly setting.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself this shoot and will definitely be having a second shoot with this car again in the future when I make my way to Vancouver again. There are so many intricate details this car offers that I didn’t have the opportunity to photograph this time around.

What that said, here are my photos from that specific photo shoot:
(You can see the massive Olympic Oval in the background)
(Sitting on beautiful iForged rims)
(This car sits so low)
To make the shoot even better, I snagged a pretty spirited 15 minute joy ride in the F430 through tunnels, highways, and bridges. You can literally hear the car from a mile away. It’s a glorious thing.
Andddd yeah, That's Wyatt H. in the background. I got him to join the party too! He was pretty fascinated by the car, as were all of us!
Thanks for viewing!

Congrats Chris. Looks like you had a great time in Vancouver. Sorry I missed you. Looks like we'll be there in about a month.
I really like the first shot (rolling), almost like the red from the F430 is picked up in the clouds. And the last one too, the car suits you!!

I wish I could have caught you. I didn't realize you were that far away from where I was actually going. I was just being optimistic thinking that you were within reasonable driving distance, which you are, if you started driving like 3 days before I got on the plane heading to Vancouver! :P

Seriously, thanks for all of the comments. It's always appreciated.
I've been in contact with iForged rims regarding these photos. We are in the works of collaborating their rims and my photography and offering up a gallery of some sort for my photos. That is currently in the works and should hopefully be up quite soon.
Needless to say, I'm pretty excited. I truly love their products and think the F430 suits their rims VERY well.
Plus, having my photos displayed on their website isn't too shabby either!
