****Practice e92 M3 Shoot - need some advice and opinions plz!!!****

this is 335_II's car over on 6speed. after being kicked out of a garage we ended up shooting at his place. anyways, a few weeks ago i received two AB800s and today i finally had some time to use them for some car shots. im very new to off camera shooting and dont really know what im doing lol. so i'm seeking your help to see if theres anything you guys could find that i am doing wrong or whatever, or if theres any tips you might have that could help me improve. i would greatly appreciate your opinions and help!

Wow! That's a sick looking M3! I love the white over blood. What camera/lens/flash were you using?

Not much here for a n00b like me to criticize, the pictures are crisp and the subject is well lit. If this was your first time using this setup, I don't think you could've wished for a better result.

Props.

Edit - Just drop the asterisks in the threadtitle, the 'plz' and the gazillion exclamation marks. If I hadn't recognized your screenname, I probably would've assumed you were some 15 year old kid shooting with his iPhone...

Great work, if you want me to criticize anything it will have to be this pic:

You need to frame the car better, there's too much space over the car and not enough under. Again, great shots!

Wow that was your first shoot? That is pretty good but I'm no photographer. Makes the M3 look good, that car is growing on me more every day. I like it in white.

i am using a D300, for this shoot i used my tokina 11-16mm, and for flash i used 2 AB800s.

yup this was my first time with this setup, thanks for the kind words.

as for the title, i will refrain from using such things in the future. i thought it would grab people's attention, not make them ignore the thread haha. for the record im 18, so not that much older haha.

well my first shoot with the lights haha. thanks for the compliment. the M3 really is a beautiful car and looks amazing in white (but then again i promised my self to only buy cars in white for the the rest of my life, after getting my first car haha) but if i was able to get a new car now, it would have to be a C63. the interior is not even close to as nice as the m3's but that thing is a monster, which is what i need haha.
