R8 Goes For A Summer Swim
Apparently the car is a write off, damage doesn't look to serious to the casual eye. Probably flood damage then.
Story; A 33 year old customer took this R8 for a testdrive and managed to get both wheels into a ditch on a rural road. After he overreacted the car and occupants ended up with a wet suit. According to some witnesses the car was travelling at over 120 mph, the driver and salesman both insist they were only doing about 70. FYI local speed limit was 50 mph.

Damn, yeah water damage alone will total the car... Looks like someone took the sideblade as a souvenier, unless it's in the car somewhere in the car.
Doesn't look like a 120mph loss of control at all, though.
