I'd like to see this happen, I think its a really cool concept. And seeings as Audi has had a ton of success in Le Mans I'm sure they have all the technology and resources to make this thing blisteringly fast.

Ok so let me get this straight. Audi will have a car that's better than the P1 even though Lambo will not. Porsche, Lambo & Audi are all under the VW umbrella and I think it's a bit of a strech for VW to approve an Audi which is better than the A Vent a door. Unless they want to do what Toyota did LFA (but Toyota doesn't own a Lambo) so they had no choice but to badge it as a Lexus. Either way I am hopeful that the P1 will be another F1 (big shoes to fill) so bring it Audi

On a side note, Audi should focus on bringing ALL of the cool cars (RS variants)stateside.
