So it's based on a R8 GT with a custom wide body in full CF and lots other mods too? Wow, epic doesn't even begin to describe how bad ass this is. I'm not usually a great fan of modded cars but this is just to brutal not to admire.

I don't believe it started as a GT -- just a "normal" R8 V10.

I'm really looking forward to seeing some interior shots of this beast. I know he was having custom seats designed and finishing it off with other cool interior bits.

We shall put all the speculation to rest as to what this car started off as and then what was done to it...it was a R8 V10. source from Jon Olsson`s website...

The new snow mobile! – Jon Olsson - Official homepage and blog

"I guess most of you car freaks have already figured out what car I have been perfecting over the past few months. So I thought it was time to go official with it!

A few months ago I bought myself an Audi R8 V10 that we have since perfected in every way. In fact the rebuild price tag will be way more then the actual car itself… This time around we have spared no expense what so ever to create the best winter tourer ever! Thanks to PPIs full carbon body conversion this thing will be lighter, wider and way more powerful then the stock V10. We will start out with a basic kit from STaSIS that will be in the 750hp range but a 900hp+ kit in already in the works so expect a serious machine to crush the roads of Europe!

More info to come as details gets finished! Picking it up at PPI Design(who has done an incredible job in every way) on the 20th to the drive it up to Stertman in Sweden for the STaSIS super charger installation. There will be plenty of chances to win rides in this thing so keep your eyes open! Maybe even a chance to win a taste of Gumball when we drive it north through Germany next week if all goes according to the plan… ;-)"

McRae - only r4eason why I said it was a V8, is because of the tailpipes. a V10 are dual pipes while the V8 is quad. But then I dont need to tell you that as I'm sure you already know. And my mistake.

Either way it's a work of art.
