I don't usually make too many posts in the Audi section, but since this is our second R8 V8 supercharger install within the past 2 months I thought I'd post up some pictures of this particular build.

Champion Motorsport has recently become the only independent authorized installer of VF Engineering superchargers for the R8 platform. We're excited to do a few more of these as customers line up!

The car is a V8 with the R-Tronic transmission. Our previous install was on a 6 speed car. We installed the complete VF Engineering kit, along with our Tubi Style non-valved exhaust. Enjoy the pictures!

Love the spec on the car, the supercharger and exhaust put it over the top.

Little details like the Audi OEM supercharged badge are great finishers.

 

Thats great. I always felt that the pulling power was quite low in R8 4.2 now it should be a rocket

 

any chance the tech doing the install noticed any carbon built up on the back of the intake valves when the intake manifold was removed?
