Why?

Shut the hatch and most of that stuff won't be visible.

Even then.

Do you buy a Picasso and not hang that up on the wall?

It's probably not their final product. Audi did a great job with this engine bay. Most R8 owner including myself would prefer having the engine bay looking as good or better than factory. If you comparing it to the work of Picasso than sure hang it up.

If that engine bay doesn't scream menacing, then I don't know what does. I would be proud to have my engine look like that!

A couple of new photos of GMG's twin turbo project.

And a couple photos of GMG's R8 exhausts for both the V8 & V10 (non-turbos).
The claimed weight is 17 pounds(!) and you only have to lift one to be a believer!
The workmanship is excellent, and the materials and processes are all top quality.
We weren't able to hear these on a R8, but the sound is said to be F1-ish and we were assured there is absolutely no drone at all.

A car of that caliber needs stainless piping on the whole kit.
