Awesome.

And it is cool how Porsche lets him do stuff like that in another manufacturer car.

Remember, we're all one big, happy, Porsche-Audi-Volkswagen-Lamborghini-Bugatti family now...

Very neat, very fast, very cool! Thanks for posting, JC.
They got the bhp-to-kw conversion quite wrong, though.

Um, no - 265 hp is not 360 kw. 360 HP however, is 268 Kw.

I thought he was going to drive this:

Couldn't really understand why that would be interesting, but I clicked on the thread anyway.

Mighty impressive driving as always from Mr Röhrl. Gotta google some more videos of him driving because of this thread!

It's always fascinating to watch Walter drive, particularly a rally car, because he's said in interviews that one of his big motivators is perfection, in which he includes not getting very sideways. You can see here, even in slippery conditions, he never gets very large slip angles. The tail comes out on the way into a few of the corners, and where another rally driver would get it sideways, then power out of the turn, you can see Walter bring it back before the corner, then drive through with pretty minimal drifting. Very interesting.
