Chris has a very good point! The RS5 has a lot to live up to, and in the looks department, it's already backpedaling.

Ok-here we go...
Audi ran an aluminum 4 link suspension in the front of their cars versus Porshce/BMW's Mcpherson strut setup. The 4 link causes more understeer, but also provides more grip.
Audi has since changed the their Modular Longitudinal Platform that uses a 5 link front suspension, and has the power steering rack postitioned in front of the engine. They also have moved their engines farther back and lowered them to help rectify the understeer issue
