S5 Content: LED vs Stock License Plate Lights

Did a relatively simple (simple if you know where the clip is ) swap of the license plate lights...couldn't stand how yellow it was.

Turned out pretty neat! LED (left) vs Stock (right):

It's not brighter or more striking than stock...it's just whiter. My goal wasn't to call more attention to my plates, but just to match up all my exterior lighting. Now my front DRLs, Xenons, Fogs, Reverse lights, and license plate, and of course, my car color all match up.

It's a design thing

Love it. Can you post up where you got the bulbs from, I need to do this on my car as my right bulb blew.

Nice work. I run PIAA led's for the license plate lights on all my cars.

Looks sweet...id like to pick up some new bulbs for the front DRL's and corners. As for the plate lights...i prefer leaving them dark and stock as possible
