A cell phone destroyed my car...
Wife and I went out for lunch on Saturday, we were at the end of a line of cars stopped for a red light at a intersection when this Chevy Blazer plows into the rear of our car, no brakes at all. He must of been doing at least 30 ~ 35mph. We were both shaken up with back and stomach pain and taken to the Hospital for eval. Lucky no lasting effects??? The other driver had 2 kids with him, He was cited for using his Cell phone, causing the accident.
At 1st I was just shaken but now I'm mad at how stupid some people are.
I just hope the Car is totaled. The pictures really don't reflect how bad it looks in person. I walk away from this with a better appreciation for my family and how things can change in a flash.

Oh no! I hope you and your wife are OK, Dave! What a shame about your new S4 too. Such a beautifully spec'ed car. Just too many idiot drivers out there that don't have a clue what they're doing and have no respect for the 2 tons of steel they're operating.

Dauym Dave, those quarter panels are smashed forward so hard, their buried under the rear doors... probably bucked the roof as well. Make it a total.
Glad you and your family are alright... it could have been worse, but I think we can all appreciate the anger you must be feeling about now
