Ahh. I love this car. Sorry, I only took one picture. We had a local PCA meet at our shop last night. Owner is on 6speed. The car has full Miltek exhaust. At higher speeds, it feels more stable and quiet than a GT3. (Passenger of course )

I love the color combo! I saw a white one with orange side blades this past Saturday at Santana Row, with milltek exhaust as well. I couldn't really tell if it was different than stock, because I've never seen or heard an R8 in the wild until that pt.

Does anyone know if the Milltek exhaust sounds any louder + deeper than stock? My Milltek arrives tomorrow, and I'm somewhat concerned (after reading numerous posts on several forums) that the sound of milltek exhaust systems aren't that much deeper or louder than stock...

take it to a muffler shop and have them remove the resonators....it will be plenty loud and sound meeeeeean as hell. trust me.

 

Chris have you removed the intern's resonators yet?

thanks for posting, the car looks great. Does anyone know what the production numbers are for the R8? Someone told me it was under 1,000 for the US, is that true?
