Electronic Cutouts are the best of both worlds for people wanting a sleeper. I had them on my Legacy Spec B and it did help performance with the cutout wide open, but sounded stock with it closed.

Definately go for it. Altough they have a tendency to not close all the way. I think you have to maintain it quite often with some silicone spray...

Regardless, I would do it
